Enterprise
Yoob for teams at scale.
Volume pricing, higher limits, invoicing and the security answers a procurement review asks for.
Limits
The Scale plan runs 50 requests at once, 1,200 a minute, 50 API keys and 50 team members. If you need more, or a committed volume at a lower rate, talk to us. Avatars render on the user’s device, so rendering has no concurrency limit at all.
Billing
- One balance of credits for every API, at the published rates.
- Invoices with your company name, address and VAT or tax ID. Enterprise customers can pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
- Paddle.com is our merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT.
Security and privacy
- A data processing agreement with the Standard Contractual Clauses, and a full subprocessor list.
- Truetone never stores the audio it checks. The avatar SDK sends no video or frames to us, ever.
- Vulnerability reports to security@yoob.com are acknowledged within one business day.
- We are not SOC 2 certified yet. If that is a hard requirement, tell us and we share our controls in writing; see the trust center.
Voice cloning and safety
Cloning a voice needs the speaker’s consent, and the acceptable use policy applies to every customer, paying or not.
