1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yoob Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. The Services

The Services allow you to generate and manage content using AI models and related tools.

We may add, remove, or change features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Some features may be labeled as beta or experimental and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Some features require a paid subscription or credit balance. Prices and credit costs are displayed within the Services.

Payments are processed by third party providers. By purchasing, you agree to their terms and authorize recurring billing as applicable.

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
• Credits may expire when your plan ends or if you are inactive for an extended period.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, and bank charges.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice.
• Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in account suspension.

6. Your content and AI outputs

You retain ownership of the content you upload or provide ("Inputs"). You grant Yoob a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Inputs and related metadata to provide and secure the Services.

Generated results ("Outputs") may be similar to outputs provided to other users. Yoob does not guarantee uniqueness or suitability of Outputs.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to Inputs and for how you use Outputs, including compliance with laws and third-party rights.

Do not rely on Outputs as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services or help others to do so.

• Do not use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not generate or share content that exploits or sexualizes minors.
• Do not create or distribute malware, phishing, or spam.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not use the Services to impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services without permission.
• Do not generate deceptive or fraudulent content, including deepfakes without consent.

8. Safety and moderation

We may monitor or review content to enforce these Terms and safety policies.

We may remove content, throttle usage, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant Yoob a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

10. Intellectual property

Yoob and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and proprietary content. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Yoob trademarks and branding may not be used without written permission.

11. Third party services

The Services may integrate with third party providers, including model APIs, cloud storage, and payment processors.

Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services, and we are not responsible for third party services.

12. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice to contact@yoob.com.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if required by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions will survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

14. Disclaimers

The Services and Outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Yoob disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should independently verify results before relying on them.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoob is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Yoob's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to Yoob in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Yoob harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your Inputs, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, unless otherwise required by law.
