End User License Agreement

1. Scope and relationship to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Yoob software, web application, and related APIs (the "Software").

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply and are incorporated by reference.

2. License grant

Yoob AI Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your internal or personal use, subject to this EULA.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software except as permitted by law.

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Do not rent, lease, resell, or sublicense the Software.
• Do not bypass access controls or security features.
• Do not use the Software to provide a competing service without written permission.
• Do not use the Software in safety-critical systems where failure could cause harm.

4. Ownership

The Software and all related intellectual property are owned by Yoob AI Ltd. and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. User data and content

Your use of the Software may involve uploading content or data. Ownership and use of that content are governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

6. Updates and changes

We may update the Software from time to time. Updates may change or remove features and may be required for continued access.

7. Support

Support is provided at our discretion. We may change support channels, response times, or availability without notice.

8. Third party components

The Software may include or rely on third party services and open source components. Your use of those components is subject to their respective terms.

9. Export controls

You agree to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations. You may not use the Software in violation of embargoes or trade restrictions.

10. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete any copies in your possession.

11. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Yoob disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoob is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Yoob's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to Yoob in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Yoob harmless from claims arising from your use of the Software or violation of this EULA.

14. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
