4. Generated Content

You are responsible for prompts, inputs, and outputs. We may process inputs/outputs with third‑party model providers to fulfil your requests. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to the content you upload or generate and comply with provider policies. We may use automated systems to detect abuse.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Services, including software, design, and trademarks. Except for content you provide, all materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

6. Subscription, Credits, and Fees

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoob AI LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoob AI LTD, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be the competent courts located in Israel.
