Welcome to Yoob. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yoob website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Yoob ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Yoob is an AI-assisted creative tool that lets users generate images and video from text prompts and reference material for marketing, product, and creative use. Features, models, and limits may change over time.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not use Yoob to create sexual or pornographic content, content depicting minors, non-consensual imagery, or anything unlawful. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
You retain the rights you hold in the inputs you provide. Subject to your plan and applicable law, you own the outputs you generate and may use them, including commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs do not infringe third-party rights.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and include a monthly credit allowance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Yoob and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or technology beyond use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoob is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
