Acceptable Use Policy

Yoob is a general-purpose creative tool for business, marketing, and commercial content. It is not an adult or pornographic service. Creating sexual or explicit content is strictly prohibited and is actively enforced.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Yoob. By using the Service you agree not to create, upload, or share content that falls into the prohibited categories below. We use automated and human review to enforce this policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Prohibited content

You may not use Yoob to generate, request, or distribute:

Sexual or pornographic content, nudity intended to be sexually gratifying, or other adult/explicit material.
Any content sexualizing minors, or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is reported to the appropriate authorities.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, "deepfake" sexual content, or content that impersonates a real person without consent.
Content that is violent, hateful, or harassing, or that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity.
Content that infringes intellectual property or other rights, or that is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading.
Malware, spam, or attempts to disrupt, probe, or abuse the Service or other users.

Safety measures

Yoob applies content filters on prompts and outputs, restricts adult-oriented model behavior, and reviews flagged activity. Attempts to bypass these safeguards are themselves a violation of this policy.

Reporting

To report content or behavior that violates this policy, email abuse@yoob.com. We review reports promptly.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
